1. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements between Laurens Health and the customer. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Order and agreement

An order becomes final after confirmation of receipt by email. Laurens Health reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders, for example in the event of payment issues.

3. Prices and payment

All prices include VAT and are stated in euros. Payment is made via the payment methods offered at the time of ordering.

4. Retention of title

The product remains the property of Laurens Health until full payment has been received.

5. Liability

Laurens Health is not liable for indirect damages, unless there is intent or gross negligence. This limitation does not affect mandatory consumer rights.
